Poem: I’m Happy

In my thoughts I’m happy,
In my mind I’m relaxed,
My heart is full of hope,
For better times ahead.

As the grey clouds disperse,
I hop on a happy train,
Listening to the cuckoo birds,
I enjoy the summer rain.

Yesterday I couldn’t stop my tears,
Thanks to God I’m happy today,
My anxieties have found a calm,
I’m so grateful for this beautiful day!
