Poem: The Darkness Inside Me

 

Armed with a dark heart,
I don’t know how to care,
I don’t know how to share,
I don’t know what love is,
I don’t know what life is!
Holding a storm inside me,
I’m always full of rage,
Life is a suffocating cage.
I know misery and sorrow,
I don’t wait for tomorrow.
I’m made of fury and pain,
Like a prisoner I’m in chain.
I don’t know what emotions are,
I’m cold. I’m full of scars!
